What is Missional Labs?

We live in a rapidly changing world, which puts pressure on a faithful and credible witness for the Church in our cultural moment.

Our point of view is that renewal comes through leaders who step into disruptive moments with creativity and courage to start again.   Advancing a missionary encounter with tomorrow’s world is an entrepreneurial task.

Missional Labs is a modern society of mission, advancing the next generation of pioneer leaders at our new frontiers: cities, technology, media, culture, and more.

We focus specifically on “church-adjacent” projects related to evangelism, discipleship, community, leadership, and cultural engagement.

We blend the best of a venture group, an innovation agency, and missional training, to help leaders design and build new ventures.

We believe change happens through dense networks, and the connections and sparks that come from networks.

This community is for emerging ministry leaders and practitioners seeking to connect, learn, grow, experiment, and partner with God to creatively advance the future of the church.

We work at the intersection of missiology, culture, entrepreneurship, innovation, and spiritual formation.

Our audience is primarily emerging ministry leaders (roughly 22 - 40) who are passionate about seeing the Gospel impact the modern world.  You're probably urban, millennial, innovative, missional, and prayerful.  

You might be a Church planter, church staff, creator, nonprofit leader, designer, technologist, consultant or coach, missiologist, executive, or investor - but whatever you are, you're committed to exploring the future of the Church and how to reach the modern world.
